Please check the path of the file that was not successfully repaired.
If the file was not detected through nProtect, but through another
security product, please tell us the Security product, virus name,
and send us the detected file.
There are many reasons that a reparable file is not successfully
treated. In such cases, please send us your specific system
information and we will provide your with further help.
If the file that was not successfully repaired is a new virus, we will
promptly perform an emergency update to repair the virus.
Please send us the compressed file, password protected as "infected", to the Customer Center along with a description of the situation.
